Active sitting encourages you to constantly be on the move which is beneficial for the body. To get even more out of your working day, get up at least every 30 minutes and take part in simple movements to help release the tension from sitting. This will also increase your blood circulation. Without even breaking into a sweat, your body will be burning calories!
