The prices listed are inclusive of Swedish VAT (25%).

For product sold on export (countries outside EU) no VAT is charged but a costume clearance fee can be charged.

Information storage:
When you place your order, we and / or our suppliers store information about your shopping cart and address information. Your card details are only handled by our payment provider PayEx in accordance with the regulations that card issuers and acquiring banks set up.

Out of stock:
Occasionally stocks run out (colors, sizes, models). Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to wait until stocks can be shipped or to cancel your order.

Changes and returns:
Changes: The product must be unused. For a size change, no packaging is required, but in all other cases the product must be returned with original packaging.

We operate in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2000:274) which states that consumers are entitled to cancel their purchase without cause within 14 days of receipt of goods. Only unused products in original packaging may be returned.
Goods are returned at the purchaser’s expense.

Online Card Payment:
The solution is secured by Trust Wave, trusted commerce. Online Payment is made securely and directly via PayEx. Payment is made via PayEx servers over a secure encrypted connection which ensures that transfer cannot be intercepted. Once you have made your payment, you will automatically return to our website where you get your receipt. If your card has support for 3-D Secure, this is used for the safest possible card payment.

Shipping, delivery time and cost:

Shipments are made from our warehouse.
Deliveries within Sweden are made with the Swedish national post system (to specified delivery address or nearest collection point). To retailers, delivery is made via DHL/ TNT. Delivery to the European markets are sent by mail/DHL.

Delivery time is generally 7-10 working days, but depends on where the item will be delivered and the local postal service.

Information about current shipping prices is available on the purchase webpage and the amount is automatically added to the price when you order products from our online store.
We adhere to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59).

If a product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to rectify the error. The simplest way to do this is to return the product to us together with the shipping label and details of the problem.
